How to fix facebook not responding error on samsung galaxy s4

It gives me the loading sign but doesnt load and goes out the app and gives me facebook not responding. I uninstalled it re installed it but yet the same problem. On my s4. How to fix?
Please help.

To clear the cache of market you have to follow these steps:

  •  Setup / Settings
  •  Applications
  •  Manage applications
  • All
  •  Find Facebook apllication 
  • Clear cache.
