Hello everyone. I have the same problem from two days ago. My Samsung S4 suddenly switches off and turn it on, then off again when the Samsung logo appears S4.
If I connect it to the charger, the battery icon totally black and after a few seconds the battery charging icon appears. It is in these times, always with the charger, when I turn the phone without turning off again.

and I fix it. After reading a lot of forums, I learned that a defect battery with some phones sold in Europe, surely all those who are on sale recently.
Samsung also read that you change the battery but you have to send mobile and take half almost two months. So I took a chance and bought a new battery. I spent 35 Euros but I was mobile again instantly.
