As you mention, seems to affect a number of people, so we will investigate to try to fix it. To report and talk to Samsung need to know the following from all lines.
- Model and exact version of Android.
- Have you been able to test with SIMs from other companies? Are you sure that only affects our network (Movistar)?
- Did you request a duplicate to rule it SIM problem?
- Your phone is rooteado?
- All have found that the energy saving mode is disabled?
Need all this info to talk with you manufacturer and see what happens, but for us it's all in order, and in fact if you test the other free mobile SIMs will find that will not happen.
