Problem: we can not download applications.

Solution: Delete your Google Account and Bring it to add. If this fails, network changes, that is, if you are in data passes Wi-Fi . All indications are that this problem is due to an error in the connection.

test off and relight the Wi-Fi. Then open Google Play and try to download something. If not, check that you have the latest version of Google Play. If the problem still persists, go to Settings -> Accounts and removes your Google account, restart your phone and re-configure your account. If that does not work, try creating a new account. If still nothing at all, go to Settings -> Applications -> All and select Google Play Store. In the new window and erases the data cache. Finally, reboot your smartphone.

This error occurs when attempting to upload or application update on the Play Store.
The solution is to delete the data from your Google Play Store app. See you again in the settings of your device.

  • Select the "Applications" menu, or "Application Manager"
  • See you in the column "All"
  • Scroll down the alphabetical list to the tab "Play Store"
  • Press "Clear Data"
  • Do the same for the "Framework Google services" tab (this allows Google to assign a new ID for your device as if you reset it).

Then delete your Google account from the device, restart your phone and re-add your account in Settings> Accounts> Add account> Google

We recommend deleting data, cache, and finally uninstall updates, if it persists, uninstall and reinstall the application from Google Play Store.

Try this procedure if the fault is resolved. If it persists, you need advance copy of seguiridad, you reset the terminal to factory settings or use the "repair phone" PC Companion (this action usually recomiendarse when failures occur after upgrading the terminal)

Problem: Failed to download apps and games dela Play Store

Solution 1: We will go to Settings> Applications, and seek All Play Store. We will empty the cache.

Solution 2: As has been identified as the cause of this problem in most cases is that the internet service provider has blocked a port that allows the normal operation of the services of Google, many have managed to avoid the problem the problem by starting the download from a different network.
Thus, the solution is that if you are downloading from your WiFi connection, you must start the download from your data services and once you start down the application can switch back to the WiFi network. This works because the blocked ports are generally used only for security checks.

Solution 3: Already explained at the previous step, a permanent solution to the problem is that if your service provider connection has a good system of customer service, call them and ask them to verify and if necessary will allow access to the following ports: 5228, 5229, 5230, 443.
