I have a mini ipad with IOS 6.1.2 and jailbrekeado , the problem is that the other day I decided to upgrade to ios 7 For ebooks stopped working and could not do it because when you connect to PC itunes does not detect me , the PC yes it could detect and download some photos I had on the ipad , but itunes did not, checked if there was a problem with itunes, but I think not because when I plugged the iphone 4 yes it detected .
So I thought the problem was the ipad and how do I jailbreak it from Cydia to see if updating all installed the problem was solved , but neither could because when I connect to cydia is I opened a window to put database facing three errors :

3. -The package list or status file Could not be parsed or opened
not what they mean, but when I close this window and go to installed applications, none appears .
Then try to update ios without itunes, General -> Software Update and not let me , the white is the symbol of the " loading " indefinitely and does not give me any choice .
What can happen ? and what is more important How can I fix it?
