I rooted mobile and so far so good. I deleted annoying applications that did not use and I have not done backup. The minute has gone mobile and has been reignited. He has been locked in the home screen samsung until it has run out of battery. After investigating I saw that I could put the factory version. I did and everything was fine but when I came out unlocked "configuration wizard has stopped, accept" and the screen has again restarted. I tried several times and all the time is the same. I have a samsung galaxy s3 mini.

I hope someone can help me,
thank you very much indeed

is to wipe wipe Dalvik cache and cache from the recovery.
Then reboot and see what happens.
If not, just touches you install the ROM again.

The second thing we've said is the most sensible, and it really has to do.

The first is the most prudent and do not lose more than a moment.
The second is the more sensible as you say, but always as a last resort.
Cheers!!!
