In the month of October I bought through the web of Apple's new iPhone 6. Until yesterday everything perfect. In the morning and at one time the screen went blue and restarted only. I did not care. But in the afternoon I happened again twice. This morning I re-occurs before anything happens I made a backup. But this blue screen is accompanied by other red. Iphone attempt to restore factory and there is no way. When you are restoring the screen you go red and fails on iTunes. You can not restore. Any advice?

You'd have to go to an Apple store to get it checked and if possible get it changed. Still you have warranty and you can contact Apple from its website for more accurate information.

Regards.

This morning I called Apple and through trying to recover the Iphone chat. I've been doing tests for almost two hours with them but was unable to restore because every time I started the restoration and the minute the screen turn red again and left a bug in iTunes. It has been tested with multiple administrators and several USB cables without success. Tomorrow I send a messenger to pick up the Iphone but they have told me that I almost certainly will have to submit a new one. I barely lasted three months.

Hello!
did you  fix the problem?
I have a 64GB iPhone 6 Plus with less than a week I came with iOS 8.1.2. The same day I bought it upgraded to iOS 8.3 and for two days has left me blue screen and restarted several times (only blue, not red). Even once he entered and did not end loop starting out blue pantalllazo and again after the apple logo. The truth is that I wish I had been more time in iOS 8.1.2 because no error if software or hardware. Anyone else having this problem?

Hello. I had the same problem and have an appointment this afternoon to carry the Apple Store. What solution did you get? Did it change on the fly? Thank you!

It happens exactly the same but sometimes it does not and if other. perhaps you spend two days without doing one strip not working hours, restarting and putting the blue or red screen. I tried to restore several times and waited for the latest update 8.2 if it could remedy that. Still siguĂa with the same fault and decided to send it to Apple after-sales service. DHL picked it up a few days ago and today I receive an email confirming me that my phone does not have any problem and bring me back in a couple of days:

"" Inspection overcome!
Our technicians have conducted extensive diagnostic checks on your product.

Model: iphone 6 PLUS
Repair ID:

The technicians have been unable to reproduce the symptoms you described when you applied the service. They have confirmed that your product meets our specifications for performance, usability and functionality. They have also installed the software and firmware updates most recent, in cases where necessary.

We ship with a letter with details. You will get it in about two days. ""

I would like to believe that will solved but I'm afraid not, and worst of all, keep wasting time and causing me the same disorder that leads me causing the problem since I got this iPhone.

Casually as I feel the same. It may be days without anything to happen, or suddenly restart and jump hours without work. In fact, since the last time it happened to me and takes about 27h without being able to turn.

On Monday I have an appointment with Apple (because to repair it must be by appointment ....) and I shall tell me what to comment.

Regards.

I confirm that I have been in the Apple store, in particular the one at Puerta de Sol.

There have verified that the iPhone is in my name, with my iCloud account, and have given me a new one without problems (under warranty, just a few months old)

The new iPhone does not give problems. Everything points to hardware technician told me the store.

Solved taking it to change a new one.
