LG G Flex  "Unfortunately, Clean Power has stopped"

Good afternoon to me the same thing's happened with this app, I've done a hard reset the mobile (it's a Lenovo S960 vibex) and remains the same, the message of power clean enters loop and not piede do anything, someone has it happened and found a solution?
