Help with Restoration iCloud backup

Question

Greetings to all. What happens is that I always do my backup my iPhone in iTunes, the last backup I made on February 7 and February 9 until yesterday I took a few pictures and talked much WhatsApp (Obviously those pictures and data applications were not in the copy on my computer) on the same day (February 9) they did a copy in iCloud (so far had backed all my content). But today I had to restore my iPhone and I restored a copy of iTunes February 7th. 

Now my question is: How do I recover data you had between 7 and 9 February without having to restore again?. 

More general: How do I retrieve some data (such as photos) of a copy in iCloud?.

PS: My iPhone is the 5s

To do this you have to reset the entire iPad and when I turn it on and configure it again, you have to select Restore Backup iCloud `` you follow the steps.
