HTC Sync Manager does not detect my HTC One

happens to me the same since update the SYNC MANAGER AND WHEN TO UPDATE THE SYSTEM ANDROID 5.02, HE COULD NOT SOLVE, install the HTC Sync IT WAS FOR THOSE than 4 SENSE AND REMAINS THE SAME.
