Menu>System Settings>Application Manager>Google Play Music

 

Then click all of them, "Force Stop" then "Uninstall Updates" then "Clear data" then "Clear cache."

I have an LGL52VL Android Tracfone.  The message that popped up on my phone said, "unfortunately com.google.android. music has stopped working."  And you could click on "report", or "ok."  Even after clicking "ok," the message kept popping up.  I tried your above suggestion and it worked.  Although, I had to be quick to tap the "ok" and then tap settings and then tap "ok" again and then on to the other steps.  But it finally worked.  Thanks.

Go to Application Manager > Downloaded > Select the google music app > then click on uninstall update

The solution is not as difficult as it seems ...

 

Do the following, you do not need no computer, no cables, delete or anything ...

 

1. Back up your contacts to the SIM (Menu / Contacts / Options / Back up SIM card.)

2. You have to reset your phone ... Settings / Backup and Restore / Factory data reset ...

3. Ready! There is an option that puts you to delete all the data, that's not marques and ready.

 

Your phone and stayed with the new android, flawless and all that was lost was the call log, messages, and obviously have to re-install the applications you've downloaded.

I spend that came out the sign "FX music has stopped" and could not do anything !!! the cellulose walked but would not let me do anything but give the sign not to be there any more! I did everything but nothing to remove the battery and wait and after a while was returning !!! Truth never wanted to factory and yet again loading the rom and blah blah ... so patiently gave to "accept and send error" until the end achieve send the error message and reached the answer!!! "restart, accepting this message in safe mode" fighting the previous until I let accept !!! reboot in safe mode "no sign" and then you uninstall what was achieved in the conflict, restart in normal mode and ready .... !!! I hope you serve something to anyone!
