Jailbreak in iphone 5 OTA updated with version 6.1.4 to 7.0.4

I introduce myself, I am new to the forum, I own an iPhone 5 white 16gb, I took 3 years of iPhone and not change it for anything in the world, I've had jailbreak my old iPhone (3gs and 4) the last with Evaders, I've always updated the firmware with itunes but this time from what I see I've bundled, I have OTA, I mention my problem to see if anyone can lend a hand: I'm willing to do the jailbreak, but I have doubts , on Friday changed my Apple iPhone 5 with a problem, they did the update via OTA to ios ios 6.1.4 ios 7.0.4, I read on your website that if I restore from itunes as a new iPhone, I will not have any problem, but this phone has never had ios7 installed from itunes, I would like to know what are the steps you must follow, and if anyone has had this problem. If you want to jailbreak the iphone, you must first restore it from itunes, then you stick the backup and voila, you can have the iphone ajialbreak prepared to do without any problems.

I do it from the dfu mode? Or directly give the reset button?
