Help. Kies impossible to operate Mavericks closed me constantly and does not recognize my phone

Hello friends.

 

I have a MacPro 3.2 Ghz Quad-Core Xenon 16 GB of RAM and a Samsung Galaxy ACE 2, so far I did not need to Kies at all, because synchronizing music with iSyncr, but had heard that Movistar update now available system Android 4.1 phone I decided to try through Kies because I have understood that there would have to rooteos or the like. I got the latest version of Kies from the official website and an update curiously asking me anything else open.

 

The fact is that the program closes me nothing open on most of the time and in the few times that remains open when I connect the phone hangs circling "looking device" and never stop to find.

 

I tried to delete it and reinstall it, start it without the Internet with the same result.

 

Do you have any idea to fix it?

The Kies application is hell, I wonder if've solved and ael issue (perhaps have taken some recent update). If not, I recommend you completely uninstall (uninstall the application running) and instead Utilizes Android File Transfer. Only serves you to exchange files between Mac and Android, but at least it works ...

Thank you for responding truco. Kies was interested by the system update, to exchange files directly or use ISync placed in DropBox- course it is amazing not work or sticks.
