Failed to download the application from the Play Store: RPC: S-3

I have an Android tablet and when I try to install an application on the Play store says:

Error retrieving information from server [RPC: S-3].

I tried deleting the data for the Play Store app & twist & back but not worked.

• Try entering parameters> Accounts> Google> tap your account> tap three points on the upper right (or press the menu button) "Delete account".
• Go to "Settings" -> "Applications" -> "Manage Applications"
• Select "All"
• Scroll to and click "Google Play Store"
• Press "Stop force", press "OK", press "Clear Data" and click "OK".
• Press the Back button to return to the list of applications.
• Scroll to and click "Google Service Framework" (or Google Play Services)
• Press "Stop force", press "OK", press "Clear Data" and click "OK".
• Restart Now (switch & off) the device.
