iTunes crashes when trying to open

Some users have found that when you run the iTunes Store on your iPhone, this app crashes and does not allow users to access comfortably. 

 

Solution 1: 

 

Open the Music app 

 

Press in the upper left corner the word Store. 

 

This allows us to access the iTunes Store without locking. It will correct errors later.

Double tap the home button to open the multitasking menu. 

 

Close iTunes if it appears. 

 

Go to Settings> iTunes App Store and click the Apple ID and select Exit. 

 

Log back into the iTunes App Store.
