As the name suggests the problem, many users have experienced disabling Wi-Fi and Bluetooth after updating their iPhones to iOS 7 not allowing to activate them in the settings and then automatically activate these are disabled.

Solution 1:

Regarding the Wi-Fi iOS 7 will not read some characters with apostrophes, and you'll have to change the name of your team to get back to having Wi-Fi and Bluetooth.

Go to Settings> General> About> Name and here we select and change the name of one short.

After changing turn off the computer and back on with this procedure the Wi-Fi must be turned on.
