Outlook and LDAP Authentication Error

I have a Windows 8.1 OS attached to an LDAP domain. The problem I have is that when wanting to set up a mail account (POP3) in Outlook 2013 with a user other than the system administrator, to give "Test Account Settings" gives me the following errors:

"Log on to incoming mail server (POP3):.. The e-mail server rejected your login check your username and password for this account in Account Settings The server responded: -ERR [AUTH] Authentication failed. "

".. Send email Test: Can not send the message Check the e-mail address in the account properties The server responded: 550 Access denied - Invalid HELO name (See RFC2821 4.1.1.1)"

Clarifications:
-doing From an account with administrator privileges, do not give me that error.
I have all updates to date both Office and Windows
-not Mail hosting problem because I tried several different hostings and gives the same error (With an account without Admin privileges.)
I -probe with multiple accounts without Administrator privileges, and always gives the same error.
Ex-with other customers: Thundeerbird not give that error.

Can someone help me out?
Thank you!
Greetings!

As there are out there some value not enabled or is not properly configured mail account in which you want to associate with outlook.

In this case you would have to revise good connection options of mail server.

Values such as incoming mail server, outgoing server, which ports handled, if using encryption (SSL) or Secure password authentication (spa) between some more options, but these values vary widely and depend on the configuration of the mail server where you you want to connect.
