The problem is that it does not let me on the desktop, if I press the central button takes me to a window of recent tasks such as email or administration of applications, here just makes me active applications: 0, applications downloaded the most basic of ram movilgestor , abstract and support that truth does not help much.
That I can do to regain access to mobile.
By the way, could receive mail or type whatsapp messages but nothing more.

You will have to enter the recovery and do a Full Wipe.

To enter recovery: BUTTON VOLUME UP + HOME + POWER BUTTON (when powered stop pressing the power button)

Before doing so the partner has told you, try the following:

- Restart the phone (if necessary, will take out the battery and put it back)
- When you load the Launcher, let down the touch button on the left (the one with inverted U-shaped with two rallitas inside) until you appear on Google search.
- Once you get it, write and give Settings accept. This will take you to phone settings
- There go to Applications / Manage applications. Search the TWLauncher application in the All tab and click Force Quit.
- Restart the phone.

If you do a Full Wipe, you will erase all application data, which can be a good job. Try this method first.

Enter settings -> applications-> manage applications-> all- tab> home samsung *.

You force the arrest and then delete the application data, and so you avoid reboot to reset your phone.

* On some models appears as twlauncher.

You can settle another launcher like Go Launcher, the Nemus Launcher or Launcher Zeam.

Or, if you want to install another launcher, and deleting settings TwLauncher did not work you can try to make a partial factory reset:

Mark on your phone: * # * # 7780 # * # *
This code is to make a partial reset factory. It deletes the following:

- The settings of your Google account on your phone
- System settings and applications
- Applications downloaded in SD (downloaded, not installed)

No deleted:

- Software and applications you have installed
- The files in the SD.
