Connection Error with twitter

need help to solve problem connecting to Twitter from internet or any application. The window opens but I get connection error. Just think of in iPad. Thank You

What version of IOS you have installed on the ipad?

 

In Settings you have configured your Twitter account and you have enabled access to these applications?

 

You have installed the application of Twitter?

Thanks for responding., IOS 8.2. Of course in settings, Twitter has access to applications.

Settings-twitter updates the password or delete the account and log back
