Hello there again today I dedicate this post to those who have or had problems with the Catalyst Control Center on Windows 8.1 pro. It's a pretty annoying problem that many are going "Unable to run Catalyst Control Center that there are no settings to make." Here the solution that worked for me:
1. Go to Device Manager
2. Go to where the driver you have installed in my case display adapters
3. Right click and uninstall
. Download your controller or if you already have it better.
5. Install "brand noticed that now there are no errors in the installation was successful."
6. Restart. Expected to automatically configure and display them on the recom resolution.
7. Open Catalyst Control Center and andara them well.
