Hi , that is another type of error. You have to check your settings in Google Wallet to see that it is correct. If any information is incorrect or does not match your Android (country / city / name and aplelido / address / phone) you should then eliminate credit card charged, correct the data to match to the letter, and then reload the card and retry. Something that you can do to get better results is to enter the Play Store from a PC and make your purchase from there :)

I just fixed this problem:

3 important things:

log in  Google Wallet

a) on the left side:    
-  "payment method"- there you have your adress with the creditcard
- open "more" than "address" - here put  the same adress

b) on the top right side " settings" ( gear-ikon)  here pout the same adress.


I had under settings another adress as the "creditkardadress".  After changing it ,  my google music/movies works!!!!
