How to solve problems with the camera of the Samsung Galaxy S3

Solution # 1. Clear the cache of the camera.

Sometimes the simplest solutions can become more effective. The remedy to clean the camera cache can help us troubleshoot the camera app, and it poses no danger to the images stored in the phone. To implement this solution must follow the following steps:

  1. Open the application list our mobile and enter the Settings application. This application is represented by the icon of a gear.
  2. Once inside we find the option "Application Manager".
  3. Within this option several times we slide the screen to the left to reach the tab "All". To slide the screen press your finger on the right side of the screen of your phone and move it to the left; we should see how we move from one tab to another, and so on to the last tab of all.
  4. Now we have to find the camera app. The most common is that applications are sorted alphabetically, so we should just glide between applications until the letter "C". The application you must press has called "Camera".
  5. Once inside the camera application must click on the button "Force Quit", then on the button "Clear Cache" and finally on the button "Clear Data".
  6. Finally we must reboot the phone (hold down the button on the screen for a few seconds and click on the option "Restart").

Solution # 2. Clear the cache of the mobile.

The second solution is more complicated than before and it is advisable to have a backup of your data before carrying it out. In this case, the steps are as follows:

  1. First we turn off our cell.
  2. With the terminal off, press both buttons Volume Up, Home and Lock Screen.
  3. After holding these buttons for several seconds should note that the phone sounds a little vibration, and then we release the button to lock the screen while we continue down the other two.
  4. A few seconds later, our mobile should light showing a screen probably not have ever seen. In this screen we access to the option "Clear Cache" (or "Wipe cache" in English). To move between the options on this screen we have to use the volume buttons on your terminal.
  5. Once we have selected, press the lock button and follow the steps that we are on the screen.
If none of these remedies helps us solve the problems with the camera, the only thing left to do is to format our Samsung Galaxy S3. And if the latter solution is not enough, we have no choice but to resort to the official Samsung Warranty (if still remains valid in our terminal).
