how to solve android hang problem

I commented that I contentisimo with this phone, but me and realize you have a problem or BUG at least I have.

 

This is when I make a call or receive the screen turns off and will not let me reactivate it or turn it on, I can not hang or enter any function while I'm on call, and is so far the other hangs and communication is cut when it comes into operation again.

This happens as soon as I start the call or the I pick.

This is not always so, as another good detail is that me and realized that if I call and the display works correctly, if'll call it off and if I call works well, and if I were to make the call again turns off it being so, once it does well and the next failure, is the only thing I e noticed.

Hello! me is exactly the same, but nailed. I do not know how to fix it. Someone who can tell us something about this? the same is the proximity sensor do not know. But it is supposed to when you would get close to the face the screen turns black, and when you're away is reactivated, but it happens, like you, once I hang up, but it is not put in black when I get closer is all the time looking, and again if I ever call directly goes black and I can not hang, and so forth, as if it were a loop.

If you are right at the not well resolved calls is very slow, it hangs and also happens to me what is wrong with you, hopefully in the future is fixed.

Hi, as I put on a previous software update I solved the problem with the proximity sensor and everything was fine, so I discarded a hardware problem.

 

Anyway, last week accepted an upgrade wearing earrings days (not when exactly) and now returns to the theme go wrong sensor.
