Problem with LG Optimus L9

Hello,

I am writing to make a query about problems I am suffering in a mobile I recently purchased the mobile is the LG Optimus L9 Free acquired through Amazon that came to me a week ago and since then I am experiencing problems.

The phone does not respond when it crashes, since I use it, and having the latest OS updates and applications such as Whatsapp, etc, and when I put the lock screen then you can not unlock the phone and gets very hot and does a great expense battery because I am forced to restart it by removing the battery because the mobile does not respond and the next start usually have spent at least 10% battery hit.

Not if it can be a system failure or Android mobile that has gone bad, I would ask to see if they can help give some light to my questions and if happened more times.

I also have some problems automatically shuts off and sometimes heated until it gives locked

hello, my phone just happens, is heated while gets on suspension, the screen turns off and you have to remove battery to  again, and the battery hits tremendous ,,, you know if LG has on this ? whether it is a general failure? because if it is wide spread, LG electronics, should of canbiar their product to consumers, right?

I'm going to the fourth or repair, after which you burn the motherboard 3 times. This time I hope I replaced it with a new or denounce them
