Cydia can not update data because another program is already using the system resource that is needed to do so. This error usually occurs because you are already using another program that updates data such Curiosa (A Tweak to send us notifications whenever a Cydia Tweak is updated)
solution: lock / var / lib / apt / lists / lock - open (35: Resource temporarily unavailable)
Reboot your device and returns in Cydia, if the error persists you will have to uninstall Curiosa or other Tweaks to do something similar to this.
