infrared sensor and fingerprint reader

Hi good morning, recently I was watching on the computer's something about cell phones with some features and call me something about these two sensors attention.
1-Is it true that the infrared sensor can be harmful to health?
2 Is it true that cell possessing fingerprint reader are hidden applications that allow third parties to stay with the information that is on your phone and in this case the particles of your own fingerprint?

1- my phone has fingerprint reader and nothing has happened after a long time.

2- The high-end have the option to give security more easily and is very reliable but if you bought a mobile rare and no one knows fingerprint reader that can carry.
