How to install an application ConiTunes that I draw from Cydia

 

Hello friends know if anyone could help me, I pulled an application from a computer that has jailbreak and would like to install iTunes or iTools to a computer that does not jailbreak, you know if there is any way??

If the device you want to install has not Jailbreak can not, because what gets on cydia through the kernel that boots to Jailbreak. 

Normally all that often gets on cydia system modifications that Apple has not allowed and closed at the kernel code, so when you jailbreak it you boot to "open doors" so to speak and thus shape the software to install the tweaks and others.
