Error RPC:S-7:AEC-0 VJTL-EBOC-J4F5Y

Question

So when I try downloading an app from the Play store it says  Error while retrieving information from server.  [RPC:S-7:AEC-0 VJTL-EBOC-J4F5Y]

Does anyone know how to fix it ? If you do please help.

Btw I am using a samsung galaxy ace s5830i .

Settings -> Applications -> manage applications -> All -> Framework google services -> clear data -> then Force stop.

Then you come back to home

You turned off the device then reboots

the other method

Settings -> Applications -> manage applications -> All -> google play store  -> uninstall updates

reboots device
