Well, after trying to instlar Ubuntu, Mint and Debian on my new computer I've had to give up and leave Windows7, to my regret.

During installation I stayed black screen and could not ocntinuar. I solved this by putting the modapi off, then I haver two problems.

Or install ubuntu never completed proque stagnated in language packs forever, or installing everything properly moved, but when I start the tidy black screen with Mint screen seemed a patchwork of stripes of colors quda.

I formatted the pc about 20 times in a weekend. And then windows without o one problem :-(

What are we going to do, wait a week and go back to interntarlo, ejejej

If you have any ide what can happen ....
For me is the screen, to see an old condsgio rsi for installation.

It's cowardly surrender.
Ubuntu is stuck in the language packs? WTF? what size partitions you put him? How? You say that you get off the packages? The graph? Screen off? And put the Xorg hand? Owner Drivers Nvidia / ATI?

Try to get off for a Live DVD. If ubuntu Live CD boots, boots installed. If or.

Hope this can help.

I have installed on my laptop ubuntu 10.04. He installed perfect but when installing the graphics driver (ati 5470) to restart gave me black screen.

After researching, I discovered that the atis and ubuntu does not come good.

Maybe your problem is due to that. If you lo.del linux is not necessary, you would install in a virtual machine in windows and I would expect the next month to remove ubuntu 11.04 to see if this version have areeglado that.

If not try looking to see if the problem was the graphics and find some solution.

Anyway tell us your ordenata see if we can find something.
