Problem: We can not download applications.
Fixed: The error is generally in the Proxy, so if you are connected to one check that it is properly configured.
We will go to Settings> Applications, and seek Play Store All and Framework for services. In both applications you will press the following buttons: Force stop, Clear Data, Clear Cache.
Finally reboot your device, and if all goes well, now you should have no problems.
Note: If you have not had results; go to accounts and delete your Google account; make sure the date and time in your device are correct; and finally restart your device.
