Problem with Time Application

Since I have the A9 This application does not update time and also tells me unavailable location. Same with the display block temperature q I supposed, but weather changed ome says unavailable. The funny thing is q only does when ewsta put the sim card. If you remove the SIM card, and use the wifi, the application works as it should.
