The first ever remove the battery with the system on. It was not advisable or older phones, but these which are like pocket PCs. Press the power button for a while and just restart.

To solve the problem you have several options if you do not serve.

google delete data service in System Settings -> Applications -> all-> Google Play services.
delete data in the same way Gplay.
Uninstall updates both (at the same location if you leave a date option).
I've not found this but some say that when'll give the wrong system settings -> Applications -> running and at the end of the list comes an option to download data is deleted and will fix the problem (as told that I've never seen).
You see testing these options I hope some serve

Go to SETTINGS APPLICATIONS --- --- --- GENERAL tab ALL: In the end, you'll see SubCategory application, with Android doll in green. Click on it, deactivate then activate the application.
It should solve. If not, delete all application cache or uninstall any of the past (Quick Apps gave me problems to me and uninstalled).

SOLUTION has stopped implementation of Google Play Services

The title input "has stopped implementation of Google Play Services" introduces us fully into the problem, a common mistake when updating the Android version of our device, or install custom ROMs with or without embedded in Google Apps ROM.

The problem is cleaning up the data stored on the device from a previous version of Google Play Services application, which does not succeed.

To solve the problem:

Clear Data + cache of Google Play Services Application. To do this we have to enter: System Settings -> Applications -> Tab All -> Services Google Play
Clear Data + cache of the Google Play Store app in the same way; System Settings -> Applications -> All tab -> Google Play Store
Clear the cache data + Services Application Framework Google: System Settings -> Applications -> All tab -> Google Services Framework
Reboot Device
Alternative :

Uninstall updates both (at the same location if you leave a date option).
After restarting the device, the message no longer appears.

Any doubt we are in the comments,

Greetings!
