How to make a factory reset (hard reset) on Samsung Galaxy

Reset to Galaxy-smartphones can be useful if you are faced with a serious systemic problem or just want to restore your smartphone to factory settings. However, the reset leads to a complete erase all personal data and system settings. Below are 3 ways to reset the example of Galaxy S3. But still just as is done on the Samsung Galaxy Note 4, S5, and any other smart phones and tablets that run on Android.

 

Method 1: Reset the settings menu.



Step 1. Press the "Menu" button on the main screen.

Step 2. Click on "Settings".

Step 3. Select the "Backup and Reset" ("Archiving and reset").

Step 4. Click "Clear Data".

Step 5. Click on the "Reset device". If you have activated the screen lock on the device, you have to keep your password or PIN-code before you continue.

Step 6. Select "Delete all". Your phone will erase all settings and erase all of your data, and then reboot.

Method 2: Recover



Step 1. Turn off the Galaxy-smartphone.

Step 2. Press and hold the "Power", click "Home", and press the "Volume Up".

Step 3. Wait until the phone vibrates, then release the button only "Power".

Step 4. Wait for the screen Android System Recovery, and then release the button "Home" and "Volume Up".

Method 3: Do a factory reset by using the application dialing

Step 2. Enter * 2767 * 3855 # . Your device should do a full reset and delete all your personal data.
