how to fix Google Play Store bm-pph-02 Error

1.Remove all cards and addresses

2. Go to setting (gear icon in top right)

3. Change "Country"

4. Re card and add address

In my case, this error occurred because it was not connected with an ID of gmail on the phone. (My post office was able to use Gmail services, but not supported for the transaction)

Note:

If your application is not published, then add your email tester in the "Gmail accounts with access tests."
