This is a sms usually receive visitors from Android, and comes to a point that is not known to do. From Blog De Moviles have the solution.

We must clarify that the modernization Android® 4.2 previously received is not the direct cause of the failure, although somehow is related. This ruling is issued by the program manager Android® and occurs when an application Google® has a problem, by that I mentioned that can be displayed at any time in your device.

The downside is that if there is evidence that implementation has the problem, we must act on all Google apps and benefits. There are some answers to this problem, but all involve delete documents from the affected application and cache, to render correctly again .

There is a problem that often arises in its our phone is a real headache and that's when suddenly receives an error message that says  "process com.google.process.gapps has stopped" or "com.google .process.gapps process has stopped. "

No matter what device you use, this is actually a very easy thing to fix. My happened almost daily. In addition to clearing the cache and data for a particular application or uninstall applications recently downloaded memory, there is another quick way to fix the problem. First I have to enter the settings of your Android smartphone or tablet.

This can be achieved either through the notification bar or main menu. Once there, click on the Application Manager, applications, or apps, depending on how you call on your device.

Upon landing in the Application Manager, swipe right to left to reach "all" applications and then find and tap to open Download Manager.

To fix "process com.google.process.gapps has stopped" , just press disable and enable again. Another option would be to go to settings and applications manager and again slid All apps. This time however press on the menu button and the menu button on the bottom left of your device. Here select "Reset preferences applications" that will bring all applications settings back to the starting point.

These methods should solve the problem and if you are having problems with Google Play store , expresate in the comments, if you could fix this error "process com.google.process.gapps has stopped" .
